This form registers you for the event only. From 2025 all artists and piercers WITHOUT a permanent licence from Swindon Borough Council will have to apply for a temporary licence at a cost of £24 via this link

You can obtain your temporary licence anytime up to the end of June 2025 and do not need it to register.

This is the artist responsibility and you will need to forward it to licence@gwts.co.uk and have it available to view when checking in to the event.

Without it you won’t be permitted to tattoo at GWTS 25.

Once registered please email the following to gary@gwts.co.uk

  1. A promotional picture of yourself
  2. At least 2 x promotional pictures of tattoos you have completed.

We will send out periodic updates with useful information regarding logistics and hotels etc through the WhatsApp group and by updating the info webpage.

Access to the venue is from 12pm Friday and 8am on the Saturday and Sunday.

Each registered tattoo artist gets one extra wristband for the weekend. This can be used for your assistant, client or whoever.

If you want to use it for different people each day you can but the Saturday wristband must be returned and exchanged for a new one.

Any additional guests must purchase an advance or day ticket.

No entry will be permitted without a registration or a wristband.

Only the registered artist will be permitted to tattoo for the weekend.

Practitioner Agreement

By signing this online document I am agreeing I have read and agree to the following

1. I have a valid tattoo registration issued by a local authority.

2. I have or will have valid Public Liability Insurance for the event and understand I need to apply for a temporary licence myself if I don't have a permanent licence issued by Swindon Borough Council.

3. I agree to comply with the Event Management Plan which includes national guidance and local bylaws.

4. I understand that I could be removed from the event because of behaviour deemed to be unruly or offensive.

5. I understand that all payments are non refundable except in certain circumstances deemed suitable by the event management.

6. I understand that if full payment is not received by the due date my space at the event may be forfeit without refund.

7. I understand that only the practitioner in this application may tattoo or pierce at the event in a single booth and this is not a studio application.
